We're seeking a detail-oriented and driven Estimator to join our growing preconstruction team. In this role, you will play a key part in the success of our projects by preparing accurate cost estimates and collaborating closely with internal teams. Analyze labor, material, and time requirements to compute project costs

Review proposals, blueprints, specifications, and related documents

Identify and resolve discrepancies through detailed analysis

Prepare and present clear, organized cost estimates

Develop conceptual, schematic, and design development budgets

Manage detailed quantity take-offs and apply accurate unit pricing

Review plans for consistency and accuracy

Collaborate with team members to support successful bids

Prepare special reports and summarize cost data and trends

Grow into a leadership role within the estimating team

Profile 5+ years of estimating experience, preferably at a commercial GC Experience bidding valued at $5 million or more A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management or related field OSHA certification preferred Job Offer • Generous base salary - $100k-$150k
