Job Details
Qualifications:
* 3+ years of experience estimating commercial construction projects * Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred * Strong understanding of construction drawings, scopes, and project sequencing * Proficiency in estimating software such as WinEst, On-Screen Takeoff, and Bluebeam * Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
* Prepare detailed and accurate estimates during preconstruction and bidding phases * Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals to compile scopes and pricing * Collaborate with project teams and clients to understand project goals and value opportunities * Track historical costs and maintain current market knowledge for pricing accuracy * Participate in design-assist and value engineering efforts with internal and external partners * Coordinate and review bids from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure alignment
