The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.
They are currently looking for an experienced Estimator to join their Essex County office. Working closely with the preconstruction team and Chief Estimator, you will oversee/support hard bids across projects ranging from $20M to $200M
They are looking for someone with 5+ years' experience - ideally with some experience in public works projects in NY/NJ – a technical degree and, importantly, the right attitude and work ethic to grow with the company. They are also open to a Project Engineer or APM with relevant experience who is looking to make the transition into preconstruction.
This is an opportunity to join an established contractor with a path to a senior position in construction estimating in New Jersey.
