Job Details
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction * Background in healthcare, hospitality, or complex commercial builds preferred * Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field ideal * Strong budget, schedule, and subcontractor management experience * Excellent communication and leadership abilities * Familiarity with project management software and industry-standard tools
Responsibilities:
* Oversee all phases of assigned projects from preconstruction to closeout * Serve as the primary contact for owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors * Drive safety, quality, and efficiency on all job sites * Lead project meetings and proactively resolve issues * Track project progress, costs, and schedules to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
