Construction Estimator We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Construction Estimator to join our team in the Greater Front Royal area. As a Construction Estimator, you will be responsible for analyzing project specifications and drawings, preparing accurate cost estimates, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure successful project completion. Evaluating project scope and requirements Estimating materials, labor, and equipment costs Utilizing estimating software to create and submit proposals Reviewing and negotiating subcontractor bids Providing support to project managers and field personnel Monitoring project costs and identifying cost-saving opportunities The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction methods, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
