ServPro Team Jones is looking for a Construction Estimator/Project Manager to join our team. This position is responsible for the overall coordination of all aspects of a construction project from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have experience in project management, budgeting, and schedule management. This position will also be responsible for managing subcontractors, vendors, and other contractors involved in the construction process.

Responsibilities

Manage all phases of a construction project from start to finish Oversee subcontractor and vendor relationships to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Prepare and manage budgets for each phase of the project Review and approve all submittals, bids, and proposals Ensure all permits are properly applied for each phase of the project Prepare and manage construction schedules, including managing subcontractor timelines and timelines for material procurement Coordinate with vendors and contractors to ensure projects are on track Coordinate with architects, engineers, consultants, and other project managers as needed

Qualifications:

Proven history of providing excellent customer service Effective written and oral communication skills Experience in restoration and/or construction preferred High school diploma/GED Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law

Physical and Work Environment Requirements:

Exposure to extreme conditions such as heat Walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing Ability to climb ladders and work at ceiling heights Pay described is BOE with Quarterly commission plan on qualifying performances

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
