Were looking for a dependable and organized Field Coordinator to join our Staten Island project team.

Position Overview The Field Coordinator supports daily operations at an active construction site. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals seeking experience in construction management, safety, and field operations. You will work under the direction of the Site Superintendent to help ensure the job site is safe, efficient, and well-coordinated.

Location & Travel Requirements: This position is currently based at multiple active project sites in Staten Island, NY, but future assignments may include sites in other parts of New York City and surrounding areas. Candidates must be willing to travel between project sites as needed. A valid Driver's License is required Having access to a vehicle is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities Sign in/out all subcontractors, workers, and visitors Maintain accurate daily manpower and visitor logs Conduct and document daily safety walks using site checklists Monitor for compliance with PPE and site safety protocols Report any unsafe conditions or incidents immediately Assist with daily field reports, including photos and site notes Track weather, deliveries, and general progress Help coordinate material deliveries and storage Maintain site cleanliness and assist with logistics Relay information between site personnel and subcontractors

Required Qualifications Interest in construction, engineering, or safety management OSHA 30 Construction Certification or NYC SST 40-Hour Card High school diploma or equivalent Strong organizational and communication skills Familiarity with smartphones/tablets and basic apps (e.g., PDF viewer, email); must be comfortable using Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) and Microsoft Word."
