Primary Responsibilities and Function Supervises workers assigned to crew Competency in general construction trades Ensure safety of all workers on jobsite Maintains a high standard of work ethic Ensures a high standard of quality Must have reliable transportation Communicate with clients

Knowledge and Skills Attention to detail and high quality of workmanship Ability to travel for work as needed Communicate effectively with management

Physical Demand Extensive standing, walking, stooping, handling and grasping with repetitive motions. Lifting 50 LBS or greater Ability to work in extreme temperatures

Required Experience Concrete Restoration/Waterproofing/Tuckpointing: 3 Years Minimum Construction: 5 Years Minimum
