Terra Site Constructors currently has a requirement for an experienced Construction Foreman to support its operations in the Mid-Atlantic Region. The position is responsible for being the point of contact between construction crews and Construction Superintendents and Managers. The position provides on-site coordination of projects with crew members and clients. The Construction Foreman is responsible for ensuring schedules are met and work is performed in a safe and responsible manner. Prior experience working on projects involving construction of Segmental Block Retaining Walls and MSC Walls is highly desirable.

*Essential Duties and Responsibilities*

· Works as the point of contact between crew members and construction managers.

· Coordinates, assigns, and directs the day-to-day tasks on projects.

· Responsible for creating and ensuring work schedules are met.

· Ensures that work meets the quality standards of the company.

· Reports on the work progress of assigned projects.

· Responsible for ensuring that work is performed in a safe manner consistent with established company safety standards.

· Interacts with clients on day-to-day work issues.

· Develops and reports work schedules.

· Handles and resolves issues that may arise between crew members.

*Education and Experience Requirements*

· High school graduation or equivalent.

· Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Construction Foreman working on Heavy Civil projects.

· Sound knowledge of Construction practices and processes.

· Ability to read construction drawings and processes.

· Strong commitment to Safe Workplace Practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $45.00 per hour
