Qualifications (Requirements):

Proven experience leading construction crews in residential and/or commercial repair and rebuild projects.

Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines, budgets, and quality expectations.

Skilled in reading and interpreting blueprints, project plans, and scopes of work.

Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop team members to perform at a high level.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally and empathetically with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams.

Commitment to safety practices and ensuring a safe job site for all personnel.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
