As a Construction Foreman with us, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of dedicated workers, oversee construction projects, and ensure that all work is completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of construction workers in executing project plans
Ensure all safety protocols are followed on the job site
Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders
Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary
Maintain a clean and organized job site
Qualifications:
Prior experience as a construction foreman
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Knowledge of construction best practices and techniques
OSHA certification is a plus
Knowledge of pre engineered metal buildings and wood framing
