Key Responsibilities:- Crew Leadership: Direct and motivate crew members in building inground pools; coordinate daily tasks and materials with PM/CM.- Construction Oversight: Execute and supervise formwork, liner installation, plumbing, automation setup, and concrete features.- Equipment Operation: Operate Skid Steers, Excavators, Mixers, and trailers safely and effectively.- Maintenance & Inspection: Perform PMI inspections using Fleetio and ensure tools/equipment are maintained and compliant with TDOT.- Site Management: Ensure worksite safety, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times.- Training & Development: Instruct crew on company processes, safety policies, tool use, and build standards.- Documentation & Compliance: Read and interpret build orders; follow construction codes and maintain safety compliance.
Qualifications:- Valid driver's license (required)- 2+ years of experience in residential construction or related field- Proven leadership skills with the ability to train and supervise field crews- Familiarity with construction tools, equipment, and jobsite safety protocols- Ability to lift 70+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work outdoors in varying conditions- Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities
