THE INS AND OUTS OF BECOMING OUR CONSTRUCTION GENERAL LABORER

YOUR ROLE:

Each day, you dive into the heart of our concrete and asphalt installation and repair projects. You prepare and maintain job sites with care, performing physical labor and skillfully handling hand and power tools to meet project specifications. Quality and safety are your top priorities as you assist in setting up and taking down temporary structures and expertly mix, pour, and place materials. You collaborate closely with your crew and follow clear instructions from supervisors and foremen, managing materials, organizing tools and trailers, and safely operating trucks and trailers. You arrive punctually, committed to producing top-quality work while continuously sharpening your construction skills.

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

18+ years old
Ability to perform physical requirements, lift 50+ lbs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
Ability to read a tape measure, use general hand tools, wear PPE, and follow safety guidelines
Dependability, hard-working spirit, and ability to follow instructions
Positive, team-oriented attitude
Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
Ability to acquire a DOT medical card

PREFERRED CRITERIA

1+ years of experience in construction, concrete finishing, asphalt paving, site grading, pavement maintenance, or related labor work
Ability to pass the DOT physical to drive company vehicles not requiring a CDL
Ability to read blueprints and measurements
Familiarity with construction tools and equipment
