Job Description
Work with team-members building and installing construction projects such as but not limited to framing, layout, demolition, drywall, finish carpentry, concrete, site work, drainage work, grading and other tasks.
Safely operate various tools and equipment as needed. Including: hand tools, power tools, saws, measurement equipment, etc.
Use your mastery of carpentry skills to deliver a higher quality of product while coaching other apprentices if applicable.
Utilize your senior knowledge to work on more complex projects autonomously and with little to no supervision.
Maintain a clean working environment and maintain good working order of tools and equipment.
Assist other crews/divisions as needed depending on schedule and season.

You'll Have Career Path Options: Pay range starts at $22 - $$+ per hour and is determined based on a skill-based Career Path Table.
Holiday pay for all employees after 60 days of employment.

5 day work week with occasional overtime for anything over 40 hours.
Vacation pay eligible after initial period.
OSHA 10 Hour Training and other certification options available.
Requirements
Minimum 5 Years of Construction Experience

Consistent attendance and capability to get to work. A valid driver’s license is required.
We own multiple properties within the Jackson Metropolitan area and work will shift within those locations.
Ability to physically perform the required tasks to complete the job. This includes lifting up to 80 lbs and other physically demanding tasks.
Working in varying weather conditions.
This is not a maintenance position.
Ability to work under pressure and have flexibility in scheduled projects.
Communication within your team and the company as a whole to foster the best possible product for our residents.
Safety Minded focus must be at the forefront of all you do.
