The Role

We are looking for a motivated Journeyman that is looking to join our team and advance their career within the petroleum industry.

This position will be assigned to a crew as a Journeyman to assist the Foreman/crew with completing petroleum related construction projects. This position requires the candidate to already have construction experience preferably within the petroleum industry that compliments the services we provide.

Job Description

• Establishes and maintains a clean and safe work environment according to all
• applicable regulations.
• Follow standard industry procedures and manufactures recommendations.
• Perform random tasks associated with projects
• Clear communication
• Ability to travel out of state and stay overnight from time to time.
• Routinely lifting in excess of 45Ib’s and up to 80Ib’s from time to time.

Specific Job Description

• Assist the Foreman in preparing for as well as closing out projects.
• Installation of specialty fiberglass piping systems
• Installation of fueling dispensers and systems.
• Demo and removal of concrete/asphalt
• Hand digging.
• Operating excavation equipment.
• Work with threaded steel pipe, flex piping and fiberglass piping
• Clean up during and after jobs.
• Learn as much as possible and advance your skills.

The following is a plus

• Heavy equipment operating experience
• Computers, Excel, Word etc.
• Concrete experience
• Electrical experience
• Mechanical experience

Requirements

• Be able to work on Federal Facilities
• Have a clean driving record
• Work in diverse environments such as confined space, trenches, heights, etc.
• Working indoors and outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Occasional overnight travel as well as extended work shifts.
• Must be able to wear a face mask
• Pass pre-employment drug screen
