CONSTRUCTION LABORERS

M-SAT, OT AND WEEKENEDS EXPECTTED

$18.00/HR, this is a temp to hire position.

Santa Maria Construction Company is looking for Construction Laborers.

Responsibilities: Able to follow quality control procedures and related tasks assigned.

Inspect equipment and tools used daily.

Ensure concrete forms are in proper shape, remove excess of concrete, and install correct spacers, chairs, knockouts, and mesh when it needs.

Pour concrete into forms ensuring steel/rebar set correctly.

Finish concrete with various floats or other concrete tools.

Chip, scrape, and grind high spots ridges and rough projections using pneumatic chisels, power grinders, or hand tools.

Other task as assigned. Experience working with concrete. (min. 6 months)

Ability to lift 50lbs

Ability to stand for 8+ hours

Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
