Position: Panel Assembly/Construction Labor

Shift: 1st 5am-3:30pm

Pay $19-21/hr

  • Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, bills of material, and work orders to determine component layout and assembly sequence.
  • Lay out backplanes and mount electrical components such as PLCs, relays, breakers, terminal blocks, VFDs, busbars, and controls per specification.
  • Complete point‑to‑point wiring: cut, strip, label, crimp, and terminate wires per schematics and UL standards.
  • Operate basic fabrication tools: drill, tap, grind, deburr, and modify enclosures or back panels as needed.
  • Perform testing and verification of assembled panels for continuity and proper functionality, recording results or red‑lining documentation.
  • Keep accurate production logs, track work orders, and report component shortages or engineering changes.
  • Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow 5S procedures as well as safety and PPE standards at all times.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production staff to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
