Construction Laborer Shift: Days Pay: Depends on experience level Location: York, PA; both shop and traveling positions available Description: We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. This position supports both concrete and carpentry operations. Ideal candidates will have hands-on experience in general construction labor, with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to jobsite safety. Qualifications: 1+ year of experience in construction, concrete work, or carpentry preferred Ability to read a tape measure and complete basic math Ability to lift 50+ lbs, stand for extended periods, and work in varying weather conditions Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred Strong teamwork and communication skills Willingness to learn and take direction Job Duties: Assist with form setting, framing, and finishing concrete Support carpenters with framing, trim work, and general carpentry tasks Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment Prepare and clean construction sites by removing debris, hazards, and materials Mix, pour, and spread concrete under supervision Operate hand tools, power tools, and basic construction equipment safely Follow blueprints, site layouts, and instructions from supervisors or skilled tradespeople Maintain a clean and organized work environment Comply with OSHA regulations and company safety policies Benefits: Competitive pay based on experience Weekly pay Overtime opportunities Health, dental, and vision insurance (if applicable) Opportunities for advancement and training
