Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Perform general construction site labor tasks as directed by supervisors and project managers.- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.- Assist with loading/unloading materials and equipment.- Support equipment setup, maintenance, and cleaning as needed.- Perform basic site preparation and cleanup duties.- Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure project success.- Follow all company safety policies and OSHA standards on every job site.- Communicate any issues, hazards, or concerns to site supervisors promptly.- Perform other duties as assigned to support project completion.

Qualifications:- Minimum 2 years of experience in a construction or laborer role.- Mechanically inclined and comfortable working with tools and equipment.- Ability to take direction and work independently as needed.- Reliable transportation to job sites and punctual attendance.- Physically fit and able to perform manual labor tasks (lifting, standing, bending, etc.).- Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to safety.- Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.- OSHA 10 certification is a plus (but not required).

Schedule: Monday through Thursday (32 hours per week, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM).

Work Location: On-site at Commercial Construction Inc offices and various local job sites.
