Job Overview Moceri Companies, a family-owned real estate developer and builder since the 1950s, is seeking a Construction Laborer to join our team in Auburn Hills, MI, with opportunities to work on additional developments in the surrounding area. This is an entry-level position that provides hands-on experience in construction site operations, assisting Project Managers and other team members to ensure projects run smoothly from groundbreaking to customer move-in.
As a Construction Laborer, you will perform a variety of physical labor tasks, maintain a clean and safe jobsite, and help ensure all work meets our high standards of quality. Key Responsibilities- Assist Project Manager with construction responsibilities, including supervision and scheduling of trade partners from trench to move-in.- Maintain a clean and safe community by conducting daily jobsite walks, focusing on safety, environmental compliance, and storm water regulations.- Support quality control efforts and confirm completion levels before the end of each workday.- Operate basic hand tools (, tape measure, cordless drill) as needed - no major tools required.- Perform other duties as assigned to support the project team.
Qualifications- Required:- High School Diploma or GED.- Reliable daily transportation.- Strong attendance and punctuality.- Must be willing to submit to a background check.- Must have reliable transportation / work truck .- Preferred:- One year of homebuilding, remodeling, or related trade experience.- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.- Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to accept constructive feedback.

Schedule- Monday-Friday, with occasional weekends and overtime as needed.
Location- Primary jobsite: Auburn Hills, MI- Additional work may be required at nearby developments in the same region.
