Job Overview Dockmaster of Lake Co., Inc. is seeking a skilled and motivated Construction Laborer to join our Field Operations team. In this role, you'll take pride in building, repairing, and maintaining high-quality docks and waterfront structures. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Construct, repair, stain, and maintain docks, piers, and other waterfront structures- Measure and cut materials (wood, composite, etc.) accurately to project specifications- Assemble and install dock components, including pilings, decking, railings, and hardware- Ensure all construction work adheres to safety standards and company quality guidelines- Collaborate effectively with fellow crew members to complete projects efficiently and safely- Perform site preparation, loading/unloading materials, and jobsite cleanup- Work comfortably in outdoor environments and varying weather conditions

Qualifications:- 2+ years of carpentry, construction, or related experience preferred- Strong knowledge of hand and power tools- Ability to accurately measure, cut, and assemble materials- Comfortable working on and around water and boats- Good physical stamina; able to lift heavy materials and work in varied outdoor conditions- Strong teamwork and communication skills- Safety-conscious mindset and attention to detail- High School diploma or GED preferred- No specific licenses/certifications required
