Key Responsibilities- Assist with formwork setup, concrete pouring, and finishing- Perform general building tasks including framing, layout, and basic carpentry- Load, unload, and organize construction materials and tools- Support site preparation and cleanup- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively- Follow instructions from site supervisors and tradesmen- Ensure adherence to all company policies and safety protocols- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physically demanding environments

Qualifications- Experience in concrete work, formwork, and general building construction- Familiarity with construction tools and techniques- Ability to read plans or follow verbal instructions with precision- Dependable, punctual, and willing to work hard as part of a team- OSHA or related safety certifications are a plus (training provided if needed)- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation- Willingness to travel for project-based assignments
