WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL AS OUR CONSTRUCTION LABORER? As a Construction Laborer at Maker Construction Corp., your day is full of movement, variety, and hands-on work. You're active in everything from concrete and asphalt installation to site prep and cleanup. You handle hand tools, power tools, and job materials with skill and precision. You help build the framework for sidewalks, driveways, and more - setting up forms, mixing materials, and making sure everything is built to spec. You follow directions from your foreman, work alongside other hardworking crew members, and ensure each job site is safe, organized, and ready to impress.
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES? 18+ years old Ability to perform physical requirements, lift 50+ lbs, and work outdoors in various weather conditions Ability to read a tape measure, use general hand tools, wear PPE, and follow safety guidelines Dependability, hard-working spirit, and ability to follow instructions Positive, team-oriented attitude Valid driver's license with reliable transportation Ability to acquire a DOT medical card PREFERRED CRITERIA 1+ years of experience in construction, concrete finishing, asphalt paving, site grading, pavement maintenance, or related labor work Ability to pass the DOT physical to drive company vehicles not requiring a CDL Ability to read blueprints and measurements Familiarity with construction tools and equipment If you're ready to work hard, grow your skills, and get rewarded with solid pay and benefits, then we want to hear from you.
