Construction Laborer

Join a dynamic team working on a state-of-the-art EV battery manufacturing facility in De Soto, KS. This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the largest general contractors in the United States, with competitive pay and the chance to be part of a groundbreaking project.

Responsibilities

• Assist with site cleanup and temporary fence construction.
• Work collaboratively in a team of five, under the guidance of a lead, area foreman, and general foreman.
• 4+ years of recent, relevant construction labor experience.
• Ability to lift 30-50 lbs, with team-lift for heavier loads.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and maneuver stairs (4+ flights per day).
• Ability to walk 10+ miles per day.

Work Environment

This role is based at a $4.5 billion EV battery manufacturing facility in De Soto, KS, where at the peak of the project, there will be 4,500 construction employees on-site. The schedule is Monday through Friday, from 6:30AM to 5PM, with mandatory Saturdays as needed. Dress code and safety gear will be required in accordance with construction site protocols.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
