Construction Laborer We are seeking a reliable and hardworking construction laborer to support a large-scale commercial construction project. This position involves a ground-up build requiring consistent site support, material handling, and coordination with multiple trades. Responsibilities Assist with site preparation, cleanup, and material staging. Load, unload, and distribute building materials. Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision. Support carpenters, masons, and equipment operators as needed. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area. Perform general labor tasks including demolition, trenching, and concrete work. Assist with temporary structures, signage, and fencing installation. Essential Skills Prior experience on commercial construction sites preferred. Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions. Familiarity with basic construction tools and equipment. Strong work ethic and punctuality. Reliable transportation to job site. Additional Skills & Qualifications OSHA 10 or 30 certification is a plus. Why Work Here?
