Construction Laborer

The Production Team Member plays a pivotal role in the manufacturing of precast beams and hollow core product lines. Utilizing blueprints as a guide, this position involves measuring, marking, and building structural components. The team member follows instructions and pre-established guidelines to ensure company safety, quality, and productivity targets are met.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of manufacturing precast beams and hollow core products.
• Interpret blueprints to measure, mark, and build structural components.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and productivity targets.
• Work collaboratively within the production team.

Essential Skills

• Experience in construction and general production.
• Proficiency with hand tools and concrete construction.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and tape measures.
• Capability to lift 50-75lbs regularly.
• Comfortable working in all weather conditions.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience with concrete forms and rebar.
• Ability to pass DT (5 panel w/THC) & Physical.

Work Environment

The work environment involves both indoor and outdoor settings throughout the day in various weather conditions. The production culture is team-oriented, requiring dressing appropriately for the weather. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided.

The pay range for this position is $41600.00 - $41600.00/yr. They offer sick time and PTOPaid HolidaysMedical/Dental/Vision
