Construction Laborer We are seeking a dedicated construction laborer to join our team, working with a concrete crew to assist with concrete forms and small concrete pours. The role involves setting up and tearing down concrete forms, performing light demolition work, and utilizing a variety of hand tools daily. You will engage with power drills, tape measures, hand saws, nail guns, and reciprocating saws to prepare materials prior to framing. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, enhancing your skills in concrete labor. Responsibilities: Assist with setting up and tearing down concrete forms. Perform light demolition work as needed. Utilize hand tools daily, including power drills, tape measures, hand saws, nail guns, and reciprocating saws. Work on a variety of projects, requiring flexibility in skills and adaptability. Additional Skills & Qualifications: Experience in commercial construction and general labor. Work Environment: Our work environment boasts great employee retention and tenure, with a team size of 2 to 5 people. The dress code is suitable for construction job sites, and hours are from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, with extended hours during summer months. Employees must be comfortable working outside in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, and rain. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $30.00/hr.
