Job Description
Join our team as a Ladder Washer in a dynamic paint shop environment. The position operates on the 1st shift from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3:00 PM. The role involves power washing ladders and parts, moving ladders, and performing similar duties to Paint Prepper.
Responsibilities
- Power wash ladders and parts efficiently.
- Move ladders and other materials within the shop.
- Assist with paint prepping tasks such as cleaning and maneuvering raw materials.
- Use hand tools to deburr machined parts in the Deburr Associates role.
- Assemble ladders using basic hand tools, requiring entry-level carpentry skills.
- General mechanical knowledge.
- Experience with basic hand and power tools.
- Basic math skills.
- Strong work ethic with a team player attitude.
- Previous experience in a machine shop setting is desired.
- Experience working in a high-volume production setting.

Work Environment
The manufacturing environment can be noisy at times. Dress casually in jeans and a t-shirt. The 1st shift operates from Monday to Friday, starting as early as 5:45 AM if preferred. The paint shop runs from 5:45 AM to 2:00 PM, and the ladder assembler shift is from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. The 2nd shift is from 2:00 PM to 10:15 PM. Ladder Assembly requires steel toe shoes.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $16.50 - $17.00/hr.
