Construction Laborers

Company is looking for Construction Laborers in De Soto, KS for the building/construction of the Panasonic site. Looking for candidates with at least 3 years of commercial construction or labor experience. This can include concrete, carpentry, equipment operation, skid steer operation, farming, etc.

Schedule: 6:30AM - 5PM, Monday through Friday, Saturdays as needed (mandatory when scheduled)

The laborer will be assisting with site cleanup, temporary fence construction, picking up trash, operating floor scrubbers, refueling generators for lights. They will be operating in teams of five total - each team of five will have a lead, each team of two leads will have an area foreman, all five area foremen will report to the general foreman.

Can be fully Spanish speaking

$23 - standard

$24 - has either equipment operating certifications or is bilingual

$25 - Has operating certifications AND is bilingual

4 Heavy Equipment Operators

$28-$32

Must have operating certs

Must have 5+ years' experience operating motor graders, skid steers, excavators, or rollers

1 Sanitation Foreman and a couple General Construction Foreman

General labor, Construction, Concrete, Forklift, Skid Steer, Carpentry

- Ability to operate skid steers/front end loaders

- Ability to operate floor scrubbers

- Carpentry/concrete are nice to have

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in De Soto, KS.
