Job Overview: ABC Seamless, North Dakota's leader in seamless siding and exterior home improvements, is looking for motivated Construction Laborers to join our Field Operations team. As a Construction Laborer, you'll assist with the installation of siding, windows, doors, and other remodeling projects. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates who are mechanically inclined and eager to learn a skilled trade in a supportive, family-first company. Travel is required for this role, offering a chance to see new places while you build a rewarding career.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Assist with the installation of siding, windows, doors, and trim.- Use hand and power tools to complete tasks safely and efficiently.- Load, unload, and organize materials and tools on the job site.- Follow instructions from foremen and skilled crew members.- Maintain job site cleanliness and adhere to safety standards.- Perform basic measurements and calculations for cutting and installation tasks.- Travel to various job sites as required.
Qualifications:- Mechanical aptitude with interest or experience working with hand and power tools.- Desire to learn construction skills and grow within the company.- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team environment.- Good communication skills.- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.- High school diploma or GED preferred.- One year of construction or related experience is preferred, but entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
