McBride Homes is looking to add Laborers to our construction team in the Warren, Franklin, and St. Charles County areas. McBride is the largest home builder in Missouri with approximately 40 communities in the greater St. Louis metropolitan area.

Our Laborers perform tasks involving physical labor for new home construction projects which includes:

• Cleaning up rubble, debris, and removing waste materials from job sites.
• Loading/unloading trucks and hauling/hoisting materials.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and secure job site picking up tools and equipment and securing job sites at the end of each day to eliminate potential hazards.
• Assisting Superintendents as needed to ensure all homes under construction or in the warranty phase meet McBride's high quality standards and levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational school or trade experience a plus.
• Valid driver's license with satisfactory driving record.
• Ability to lift items up to 100 lbs. on a regular basis.
• Ability to work outdoors in all types of weather.
• Must have strong work ethic, be punctual and reliable.
• Good organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Additional Requirements:

• 2-5 years of experience working on a job site.
• Must be familiar with safety protocols.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be capable of various construction tasks and assisting with final punch list completion.
