Pay - $26/hour to $32/hour
About the Role:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all client servicing activities related to commercial real estate construction loans. Independently manage standard construction draw processes and closing of Service Modifications, while supporting moderately complex transactions under supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
Review construction draw packages; resolve construction and title issues.
Maintain accurate loan budgets and fund tracking; ensure loans are in balance and compliant.
Monitor documentation, interest, past dues, and exceptions.
Handle support tasks like insurance follow-ups, rate changes, payment processing, payoff letters, and portal submissions.
Collaborate with clients, legal teams, title companies, and consultants to ensure seamless service delivery.
Contribute to team initiatives and process improvements.
Requirements:
2+ years' experience in commercial real estate construction loan servicing.
Background in finance or accounting.
Strong knowledge of regulatory, credit, and operational risk.
Excellent communication, organization, and client service skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
Detail-oriented with strong math and problem-solving skills.
