Job Focus: Under limited direction; maintains and repairs the UBTech buildings and infrastructure. Constructs, maintains repairs, renovates, and relocates fixtures, furniture, and equipment. Performs preventative maintenance, uses and maintains appropriate tools and equipment. Detects and diagnose problems in mechanical systems, completes repair work.

Minimum Qualifications:

1. High School graduate
2. Five (5) years of related experience or education performing maintenance services
3. Proficient in computer applications
4. Demonstrated ability to maintain excellent customer relations
5. Demonstrated ability to follow various processes and procedures
6. Must successfully pass criminal background check
7. Valid driver's license

1. Note: Related work experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis

Working Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00am-3:00pm with a (1) hour lunch.
