About Our Client

Client is a development and investment firm specializing in premium multifamily projects across the Georgia and surrounding markets. They have strong backing/funding and are committed to grow into 2026 and on.

Job Description

Assist the Director of Construction in overseeing assigned projects through all phases, including design development, plan review, construction, and final delivery
Ensure that all necessary construction information is shared with both the contractor and development team in a timely manner to guarantee the success of the project
Manage the design team during the construction phase to ensure smooth collaboration and project progress.
Work closely with the Director of Construction to maintain oversight of project budgets, schedules, and construction quality
Support and implement company-wide construction systems and policies to promote efficient teamwork and achieve both individual and collective goals

The Successful Applicant

Experience managing construction projects for an owner/developer, including overseeing design teams during the creation of working drawings, managing general contractors throughout the construction process, delivering the finished product to customers, and managing ongoing warranty programs
Hands-on experience in delivering multifamily projects to buyers in roles such as development associate, construction professional, customer service representative, or similar positions across multiple projects
Familiarity with construction standards for fit and finishes, as well as both commercial and residential building systems
Knowledge of Georgia real estate development a plus

What's on Offer

$120,000-$150,000 depending on experience
