Construction Manager OCONUS Onsite in Bogota, Colombia Exp Federal is an established full-service architectural and engineering firm providing design solutions and construction support to the federal government. The Challenge : Exp Federal is seeking candidates for exciting overseas career opportunities supporting the U.S. Department of State, OBO in Bogota, Colombia. Principle Areas of Responsibility : Review and implement drawings and specifications. Develop and implement QC plans, safety plans, and schedules. Apply principles of UFGS 01 45 00.00 (Quality Control) and EM 385-1-1. Contribute to project planning and adapt to unforeseen events. Maintain deficiency logs, develop punch lists, and oversee their completion. Lead QC standards meetings before work begins. Lead weekly safety briefings and ensure compliance with safety plans. Complete daily work progress reports and conduct weekly teleconferences with the Project Manager. Develop dig permits, outage plans, and coordinate scheduling with end users. Monitor compliance with building and safety regulations onsite and offsite. Coordinate and supervise construction workers and subcontractors. Required Qualifications : Construction Management Degree from an accredited university. 7+ years experience in commercial construction. Ability to obtain an Interim TS or Final TS security clearance before deployment. Candidates with ME, EE, Architecture, or FCE degrees are preferred. DISCLAIMER : This list is not exhaustive.
