Base pay range $90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr Additional compensation types Annual Bonus Overview Viridan Group is working with an OSP Infrastructure and Data Center Services provider in Northern Virginia. Their team boasts a robust pipeline of work with leading Hyperscalers, Developers, and GCs in the US. Given their growth, they need a Construction Manager to support Data Center projects in the DMV region. This person will oversee utility infrastructure and fiber build-outs, serving as a key leader on-site to ensure the safe and efficient execution of these projects. Responsibilities Lead field execution for underground utility work on data center campuses. Communicate regularly with Project Managers and other stakeholders on project status and progress. Evaluate blueprints and technical documentation, providing recommendations where necessary to uphold accuracy and efficiency. Manage fiber and electrical scopes including the construction of duct banks, manholes, fiber placement, and directional drilling Run regular safety meetings and ensure guidelines are being upheld by site crews. Coordinate with inspectors, contractors, and vendors to keep projects on target. Handle reporting, permitting, and closeout documentation to uphold compliance. Qualifications 5+ years of construction management experience Prior experience with data centers, dry utilities, fiber infra, or mission-critical facilities Strong on-site leadership background Familiar with reading blueprints and other technical drawings OSHA 30 Location This role will cover projects around the Northern Virginia and DC area.
