Our client, a leader in the technology industry, is seeking a Construction Manager to join their team. As a Construction Manager, you will be part of the Land Development & Community team supporting the execution of large-scale civil construction projects. The ideal candidate will have strong verbal and written communication skills, excellent problem-solving abilities, and a keen attention to detail which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Manager

Location: San Antonio, TX (100% onsite)

Pay Range: $64 - $68/hour

What's the Job?

Serve as the primary on-site representative for the Land Development & Community team.
Lead the site team, ensuring alignment with project goals and safety standards.
Monitor and report on the General Contractor's performance in executing project scope.
Track project milestones, schedule adherence, and budget utilization.
Facilitate communication between client's stakeholders and external parties.

What's Needed?

Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 8-10 years of experience managing large-scale civil construction projects.
Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and resource allocation.
Proficiency in computer software such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently.
