Job Title: Construction Manager Location: Frisco, TX (Remote)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Construction Manager to oversee all aspects of construction projects for our client. This is a 100% remote field work position based in Frisco, TX. The successful candidate will be responsible for vendor selection, on-site management, coordination of subcontractors, and customer representatives.

Job Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of construction projects, including vendor selection, on-site management, and coordination of subcontractors. Act as the expert on construction issues relating to tower construction/modification and small cell projects. Ensure all assigned projects are completed according to the agreed timeline and budget. Make regular site visits during construction, provide direction to general contractors. Negotiate costs within the scope of the project, hold vendors accountable to ensure the budget is maintained. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with our client's construction standards, processes, and procedures.

Skills Required: Minimum three (3) years of telecommunications/wireless construction experience. Knowledge of DAS & Venue techniques for SCS. Familiarity with RF Sweep test, OTDR, Power Meter and Passive Intermodulation (PIM) testing for SCS. Working knowledge of NESC, NEC and OSHA standards. Ability to read and understand blueprints. Strong computer skills - MS Office and project management software knowledge.

Education/Certifications: High School degree. A valid driver’s license is required.

Working Conditions: Will be required to travel to project sites with exposure to heavy equipment and environmental conditions 100% of the time.
