Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from conception to completion. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field ().
Proven experience as a Construction Manager or similar role (typically 2+ years).
Strong understanding of construction processes.
Proficient in construction management software and MS Office.
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Work Environment:
Ability to work all shifts when required during the day, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Indoor and outdoor conditions.
Primarily on property with occasional visits to the corporate office for in person meetings.
Essential Functions:
Plan, schedule, and manage construction projects, including timelines, resources, and budgets.
Coordinate and supervise on-site activities and contractors.
Ensure safety protocols and construction rules and regulations are followed by all contractors and vendors
Communicate effectively with ownership, engineers, architects, and contractors and facility operations teams.
Perform quality control and ensure adherence to project specifications and design documents.
Prepare and submit project progress reports and budget tracking.
Address delays, emergencies, or other issues that may arise during construction.
Negotiate contracts with vendors and contractors as needed.
Ensure the availability and proper use of materials, equipment, and labor.
Review and process invoices weekly.

Base Salary: A competitive base salary aligned with industry standards and level of experience.
