Qualifications and responsibilities for this Construction Manager position include: 5–10 years of experience in construction management, specifically with luxury custom homes Construction Supervisor License preferred Experience with Buildertrend or Procore is a plus Oversee day-to-day operations of high-end custom residential projects from start to finish Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project timelines and budgets are met Manage on-site teams and ensure safety and quality standards are upheld Collaborate with in-house design and project management teams to deliver exceptional results Maintain clear and regular communication with clients and company leadership Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
