Overwatch Construction Management is seeking a highly motivated and experienced owner's representative Construction Manager to oversee various projects, including education, healthcare, and federal sectors. This role involves project planning, design management, scheduling, budgeting, and construction execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Salary Range: $140,000 - $160,000 Applicants must be authorized to work for ANY employer in the U.S. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of an employment Visa at this time. Responsibilities Provide on-site construction administration. Manage and coordinate project team members and inspectors. Coordinate communication among all project stakeholders. Review contract documents and ensure compliance with procedures. Monitor budget and schedule, advising on trends affecting project timelines and costs. Attend meetings to evaluate progress and quality. Review vendor services and invoices, and recommend approvals. Evaluate contract changes and claims, participating in negotiations as needed. Maintain change order logs and track project contingency. Manage project budget health and reporting. Coordinate inspection, final acceptance, and occupancy scheduling. Administer project closeout activities. Requirements 10+ years of construction management experience. Experience in institutional or higher education projects preferred. Ability to supervise project team members. Strong knowledge of construction practices, techniques, and materials. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proficiency in Procore. Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
