Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Construction Manager to oversee the construction of existing stores throughout the MI, OH, WV, KY, and IN regions. This role involves remodeling kitchen areas in stores nationwide and managing up to 30-60 projects concurrently. The position requires extensive travel to various store locations throughout the week. Responsibilities
Accountable for Pre-Construction, Construction, and Post-Construction phases of assigned projects. Coordinate resources of preferred developers, contractors, specialty vendors, and internal departments using project management systems. Ensure accuracy and integrity of project time, cost, and quality reporting data. Manage project management processes, including monitoring and reporting project transactions. Perform on-site inspections and oversight to ensure project success. Essential Skills
Experience in construction site management, project management, and interior renovation. Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs. Knowledge in engineering, construction management, and program management. Expert knowledge of small-box or similar construction methods and materials. Thorough understanding of job cost and time management systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications
High school diploma with equivalent experience or a bachelor's degree. 3-5 years of relevant experience in project management, engineering/architecture, retail operations, or construction. Ability to adapt to SEI systems and database concepts. Work Environment
This role requires traveling 75% to 100% of the time, primarily from Tuesday to Thursday, with weekends spent at home. Flexibility is essential, as travel schedules may vary. The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $90000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
