Responsibilities Include:- Manage and coordinate multiple repair projects from start to completion- Schedule repairs and site visits with homeowners and clients- Oversee daily construction activities for residential and commercial remodeling- Coordinate with trade partners, subcontractors, and site teams. Ensuring quality control on all jobs- Provide exceptional communication and updates to clients during active construction- Be available for after-hours emergency situations- Regularly visit job sites and maintain active field presence- Maintain accurate project records, timelines, and documentation

Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following:- Construction management- Insurance restoration or claim adjusting- Residential and Commercial remodeling project management- Estimating in the construction or insurance restoration field- High School Diploma, GED, or higher education- Strong communication and customer service skills (verbal and written)- Organized, efficient, and able to multitask across projects simultaneously- Strong computer, photo-taking, and technology skills- Resilient, patient, adaptable, and coachable- Empathy to assist homeowners throughout the stressful process of restoring their homes- Valid driver's license (company vehicle and gas provided)

Schedule:- Full-time | Monday to Friday- 9-hour workdays- After-hours availability may be required
