Role Description- Residential Construction Manager in Athens, GA This is a full-time on-site role for a Construction Manager located in Athens, GA. The Construction Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects (townhomes and single-family homes) from foundation to completion. Daily tasks include managing budgets, schedules, ensuring construction safety protocols are followed, and supervising project activities. The role also involves monitoring project controls and timelines to meet deadlines and deliver successful projects.
Qualifications Supervisory Skills and Construction experience Proficiency in Budgeting and Project Control (Brix and Build Pro) Strong knowledge of Construction Safety standards and practices Excellent organizational and leadership abilities Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work on-site in Athens, GA Experience with construction management software is a plus (Brix and Build Pro) Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
