A progressive, Construction Management Firm is looking for an CM Company focuses on complex and technical projects in a wide array of industries About Our Client This is a long-term, full-time opportunity as a Construction Manager in Fresno with a respected firm that has supported National Park Service projects nationwide for over a decade. Job Description Serve as the daily on-site representative, observing and documenting contractor activities Lead field coordination and ensure construction meets design intent and contract specifications Facilitate and document project meetings, including preparing detailed meeting minutes Track project progress, report on key milestones, and oversee project schedule adherence Review submittals, RFIs, change orders, and contractor payment applications Ensure compliance with all applicable safety codes and standards Collaborate with park staff, contractors, engineers, and federal stakeholders Provide timely reports and updates on field conditions and project developments Support cost management efforts, proposal evaluations, and scope documentation MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant 7-10 years of professional experience in building and construction management or owner's representation Completion of OSHA 30-hour Construction Safety Training Demonstrated ability to manage federal projects with complex infrastructure scopes Strong technical writing and documentation skills Competency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and project management software Experience producing cost estimates, reviewing submittals, and writing contract modifications Prior experience with water/wastewater infrastructure projects strongly preferred Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field Direct experience as a CMR on National Park Service projects, near Bridgeport is a plus Familiarity with NPS or other federal project protocols and contract administration processes What's on Offer Location: Yosemite National Park - Administrative Camp, Birdgeport, CA Client: National Park Service Compensation: Construction Manager: $120,000 - $135,000 annually + full benefits + monthly paid living expenses Contact Michael Vanhal Quote job ref JN-062025-6756580
