A Senior Construction Manager specializing in Transmission & Substation projects is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of construction activities related to electrical transmission and substation projects.
Responsibilities may include:
- Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets for transmission and substation projects.
- Leading and managing project teams, including engineers, contractors, and subcontractors.
- Ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and according to specifications.
- Managing project risks and issues, and developing mitigation strategies.
- Procuring materials, equipment, and services for transmission and substation projects.
- Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and standards on construction sites.
- Preparing and reviewing project documentation, including contracts, reports, and drawings.
- Providing leadership and guidance to project teams and subcontractors.
- Conducting regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality.
- Communicating with clients, stakeholders, and senior management to provide updates on project status. Top 3 Skills:
