Due to incredible growth, AIS is seeking a Field Service Manager for the Florida area. The Field Service Manager is responsible for coordinating all aspects of the installation of multi-family projects.

**This position would require you to work in Florida.

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate delivery and installation with clients.

Approve and submit subcontractor invoices/draws for payment.

Maintain competent installers and ensure paperwork work is complete and timely.

Anticipate and resolve client issues.

Attend client mandated meeting as required.

Maintain strong relationships with the client and all departments in AIS.

Commit to being highly visible on job sites.

Requirements and Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED equivalent

3 years of construction experience

Previous construction management experience

Proficient in Microsoft Office, Project Management, and Planning

Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision.

Valid Driver’s License

Reliable transportation

Ability to work remotely and travel to work sites as needed.
