Construction Manager We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Manager to oversee the successful execution of a ground-up hotel project in Indio, CA. The ideal candidate will bring deep knowledge of hotel construction, from site development through final punch, and will be capable of managing all aspects of the build with confidence and professionalism. What You'll Do: Lead day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring schedule, budget, safety, and quality standards are met Serve as the primary liaison between ownership, design consultants, subcontractors, and field staff Coordinate all phases of hotel construction, including vertical work, MEP systems, FF&E coordination, and closeout Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure work is completed to plans and specifications Conduct regular site inspections and enforce job site safety protocols Manage project documentation including RFIs, submittals, daily reports, and progress schedules Collaborate with internal teams to forecast project needs, resolve challenges, and ensure a seamless delivery What You'll Bring: 7+ years of construction experience, with at least 3 years managing hotel construction projects Proven track record of successful ground-up and/or major hotel renovation project completion Strong leadership, communication, and scheduling abilities Proficient in construction management platforms such as Procore, Microsoft Project, and Bluebeam Solid understanding of hospitality-specific construction elements, including guest room layouts, amenity spaces, and ADA compliance OSHA 30 certification preferred Must be able to work on-site in Indio, CA What We'll Provide: Medical, dental and vision insurance in accordance with plan guidelines.
