Job Details:

My client is a top notch Construction Management firm who is actively seeking a Marketing Director who is actively involved with General Construction Market. Knowledge of commercial , healthcare and hospitality construction market a plus! Major Duties & Responsibilities

• Accountable for market intelligence and development of overall business development strategy

• Identifies new clients and maintains relationships with both new and established clients • Leads entire pursuit process, from initial identification of opportunity through debrief

• Responsible for organizing and producing project proposals, and establishing and leading presentation teams

• Participates in and supports budgeting process

• Position requires attendance at industry events and other networking opportunities during evening and weekend hours

• Recent working knowledge of the Philadelphia region's construction building market, specifically working with clients in the higher education, commercial development, and healthcare sectors, is required
