Job Description Manage all on-site construction activities for multifamily projects Enforce job site safety, quality control, and schedule adherence Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, inspectors, and suppliers Maintain daily logs, site reports, and schedules Lead weekly site meetings and ensure clear communication across all trades Troubleshoot field issues and proactively resolve conflicts Ensure compliance with all building codes, permit requirements, and company standards MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
